I want to give a huge thanks and shout out to a local business that humbly provides great customer service and expertise. We recently found ourselves in the market for a dryer. Steidinger Brothers was the easy choice for us. Everyone said, you can get it cheaper somewhere else. But, cheaper doesn't always mean better. For us, the convenience of being able to go pick one out at a reasonable price, deliver it, set it up/make sure its working, and remove the old one was priceless. As they brought us the new one, they hooked it up and connected the new dryer to the dryer vent and started the unit to make sure it worked. They even went a step further and went outside and noticed no air was coming out of the exterior vent. They could have just walked away! But, they cared enough to diagnose the issue and spend a significant amount of time to unclog the vent that was FULL of lint. Dryer fires are the fourth leading cause of house fires in America. And, both my wife and I had to leave and I felt comfortable enough with them finishing and leaving our home without one single thought of a problem. And, in the future, they will be able to work on the equipment they sell. It's not every day that we see businesses investing in our community and with Steidinger Brothers, they have shown their commitment over the years and especially with their new building. I highly recommend that before you buy outside of town for your appliances go check out their new showroom and facility on the West Side of town and you will be pleasantly surprised and receive the best service in the industry!
